Self Service Password Reset

This page enables you to reset the password for your BUnetID account. To use self service password reset, you must have MFA enabled on your account.

If you do not have MFA enabled on your account, please contact the IT Service Desk at (309) 677-2964 to add MFA, which will enable you to use self service password reset.

To begin, enter your BUnetID below, and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) displayed by the RapidIdentity client:

• Open your mobile device where the RapidIdentity client is installed.
• Tap the entry matching your BUnetID
• Enter your PIN or biometric to access the One-Time Password
• Enter the One-Time Password in the below text box
